Phase Two of webinars to overseas client is successfully completed.

Phase Two of a series of webinars to an overseas audience is now completed. It was a very busy and rewarding experience with new skills acquired in presenting to a very different business and organisational culture.

We delivered nine modules in this phase (adding to the twelve modules in Phase One) with more focus on continuous improvement tools.

The client evaluation and feedback has been received. It is very positive with 93% of respondents describing the training as very beneficial or beneficial to them and 94% of attendees satisfied by the quality of training.

Phase Three is being developed and I am looking forward to the opportunity to take part in further presentations and workshops.
