Why do I enjoy being a Business Consultant?

I enjoy, and I am very passionate, about what I do now.
The clients that I support leverage my 30-year business experience to enable them to achieve the business results that they need and that they deserve for all of the efforts that they put into their business.
I was very fortunate to have such a varied career in business. I was exposed to a multitude of activities and experiences: starting in procurement in the engineering and constructions sector, moving to electronics manufacturing first as a Materials Manager moving on to be Production Manager, Operations Director and eventually Managing Director and later as Service Director within the automatic door industry. I have managed businesses in the UK, Europe, and North America.
I was accessed a huge amount of support, a huge amount of experiences, and lots and lots of training and development. That has enabled me to gather an array of skills and knowledge that I use to help Business Owners.
When I set up as a Consultant several years ago the purpose was to share my skills, knowledge, and experience with Business Owners and newly appointed managers and executives. I wanted to give something back. To advise, to guide, to support, to coach, and to mentor. Owning and running a business can, at times, be overwhelming. I am on-hand to help find the answers to the questions and the solutions to problems facing the business community.
I help a varied about of business owners, from the very smallest micro-business single-owner businesses, often working from home with a great deal of pressure and stress to be successful, all the way through small, medium-sized enterprises, up to large national or multinational businesses.
I enjoy helping them to be a success so that their hard work is rewarded. I get a real kick out of helping business owners, business executives, directors, new managers, because, at different times of my career, I got the help that I needed to succeed.
