I attended two days of fantastic presentations last week in Glasgow with seventeen delegates from seven companies from the west of Scotland demonstrating how they are creating real productivity and change in their businesses. Well done to all the delegates for their commitment to learning new skills and utilising these skills in their projects. A brilliant way to complete the current Scottish Enterprise service sector Business Improvement Academy. Their dedication to continuous improvement will enable their sponsoring companies to increase productivity, reduce defects and enhance their customer's experience.
