Process Mapping

Conducting process mapping sessions with my customers. Mapping a process helps to identify where problems and issues exist. Process tend to evolve and develop away from what was originally required and mapping the current state highlights all the wasteful activities, delays, bottlenecks and open loops. During all of these sessions the customer uncovered major issues that required deeper investigation; these may not have been defined using other methods of problem solving. I am looking forward to working on streamlined and efficient future state maps.
